ASHLEYlauren is a modern, elegant and red-carpet ready evening wear line. It consists of social event, evening, cocktail, mother of the bride, bridal, prom, homecoming and pageant dresses.

It’s a big brand with over a million followers on Instagram and their dresses are sold in hundreds of botiques worldwide.

Problem

ASHLEYlauren was looking for a way to communicate with its audience, and most importantly and get them to take action and buy.

Solution

We would implement conversational marketing to this unique designer brand by using Messenger Chatbots.

QUIZ

We would set up a fun and engaging dress quiz inside Messenger to entertain the user and generate leads (Email + phone) + Messenger subscribers.

PERSONALITY TEST

The funnel kept going with automated sequences, where we had personality tests inside Messenger. When they got the results we automatically suggested a dress that matches their personality.

HAIRSTYLE MATCHMAKER

As a free, follow up sequence we send out a hairstyle matchmaker test. The user would answer questions about their hair preferences and we sugested the perfect dress based on their response.

FIND THE PERFECT PROM DRESS

When the time is right, the lead is nurtured, and the prospect is ready to buy, our chatbot would make the sale by helping the user find the perfect prom dress based on their exact needs.
